Hydrological regime of rivers to be half of value of multiannual averages.
In January 2014 the hydrological regime will range between 50 and 80 percent of the monthly multiannual averages, higher (80-100 percent of the monthly normal levels) on the rivers in the hydrographic basins of the Bega Veche, the Bega, the Timis and the Prahova and lower (30-50 percent of the monthly normal levels) on the Vedea, the Trotus, the Putna, the Ramnicu Sarat and on the rivers in the lower basin of the Olt. The lowest values (below 30 percent of the monthly normal levels) will be registered on the rivers in the Barlad basin.
