Romania: Main index of BVB, 88.42%t jump in past 12 months.
Bucharest, Jan 18 /Agerpres/ - Investments in the most liquid shares on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) registered an average profitability rate of 88.42 percent in the past 12 months, as measured by BET index, reflecting the dynamics of the most liquid 10 shares listed on the market.

Investments in mutual funds also had a positive average profitability, of 17.32 percent over the examined period.

In the same period, leul appreciated by 11.95 percent versus the dollar and by 3.47 percent versus the euro.

Investors who have placed their money in shares on BVB RASDAQ market scored in the past 12 months an average profitability rate of 9.61 percent (RASDAQ-C index).

The inflation rate in the past 12 months was of 4.74 percent. AGERPRES
