Romania: Bulgarian authorities close Giurgiu-Ruse border traffic over blizzard.
Bucharest, Feb 1 /Agerpres/ - The Bulgarian authorities instructed the halt of traffic and closing of the Giurgiu - Ruse border checkpoint starting 5:30 p.m., the Romanian Police Infotrafic Center announced on Monday.
