Norofert Seeks To Raise RON9M Via Share Capital Increase.

Norofert (stock symbol: NRF), a producer of organic inputs and supplier of biotechnology for agriculture, has announced the start of the share capital increase operation through contribution in cash following the approval of the Prospectus by Romania's Financial Supervisory Authority’s (ASF).
