BT Property Acquires Record Park Office Complex From Belgium's AYA Properties Fund.

Real estate fund BT Property, managed by INNO Investments, a company of Banca Transilvania Group, has acquired Cluj-based Record Park office complex from Belgian fund AYA Properties Fund, thus consolidating its portfolio on the premium office segment.
