CSM gives negative opinion on magistrates’ pensions. Marinescu: The project is on track.

The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) issued a negative opinion regarding the reform of magistrates' pensions. However, Justice Minister Radu Marinescu, who attended the vote on Thursday, stated that the project is still progressing, as the CSM's opinion is merely advisory.
